Got the above story on Business Week online, Thats the spirit of entrepneurship when you are a westerner, educated at Toronto with an MBA degree, you hire a Pakistani Chef and start an Indian fast food restaurant. This particular story was there on Businessweek a couple of weeks or so back, about Jared RossFounder & PresidentVEDA - Fine Indian Takeout Inc.Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Who along with his pakistani chef Umair Niazi has created a unique blend of Indian delicacies including the famous butter chicken.

It might not seem really a great deal to some people, but for me such small ideals are the important ingredients in the thought process of a budding entrepenuer. Keep track of small things going around you and sense the right time and right opportunity out of it.
